Drilling pads, refineries, and chemical injection points. OSHA requires eyewash within 10 seconds of any corrosive chemical exposure area.
Manufacturing plants, chemical processing facilities, and fabrication shops where acids, solvents, or caustic materials are in use.
Sites using concrete acids, solvents, adhesives, or industrial cleaning chemicals. Required in areas where chemical contact is reasonably foreseeable.
Fertilizer mixing stations, pesticide application areas, and farm equipment maintenance where chemical splash is a real hazard.
Yes. OSHA 29 CFR 1910.151 and 1926.50 require emergency eyewash stations wherever corrosive chemicals or hazardous materials are present. Units must be reachable within 10 seconds of any chemical exposure area, and must provide 15 minutes of continuous tepid water flow per ANSI Z358.1.
Yes. All BHI eyewash stations meet the current ANSI Z358.1 standard, which specifies unit performance, flow rate, nozzle design, placement distance, and maintenance intervals. We deliver units, place them correctly within OSHA's 10-second travel requirement, and service them on schedule to keep them inspection-ready.
We offer three types: gravity-fed portable units (most common, no power or plumbing required), pressurized portable units for higher-flow emergencies, and combination eye-and-face wash units for higher-risk chemical splash areas.
We deliver portable eyewash station rentals across Southwest Louisiana, including DeRidder, Leesville, Lake Charles, Sulphur, Jennings, and Oakdale. Primary service areas include Beauregard, Vernon, Calcasieu, and Allen Parishes. Call (337) 409-5961 to confirm availability for your site.
